Dive Into a Pool of Potential: Past Clients
The average length of time a family or person stays in their home is about 13 years, so how do you reconnect with past clients and help them buy or sell their next home? Maybe they are ready to upgrade to their dream home, downsize after their children leave, buy a vacation home, or maybe they can’t afford to buy a bigger house but want a change of scenery in a new neighborhood. Taking the time to reach out and connect with past clients by taking an interest in their life and asking questions, sharing current market data and statistics, and personalizing your services will keep you top of mind when the timing is right for them to buy or sell their next home. Staying connected to past clients also helps build your referral base. Even if your past client isn’t looking for their next home, they probably know someone who is. Learn valuable tips and strategies you can implement to build your referral base and turn past clients into repeat customers – they may just become your biggest lead pool!
